Ellen Girouard, PT, DPT, OCS, is a Licensed Physical Therapist and Certified Run Coach (UESCA) with over 10 years of orthopedic physical therapy experience.
She has run multiple half and full marathons, working with runners from recreational to Division I collegiate levels.
Former Simmons University Cross-Country athlete and 2x GNAC Rookie of the Week.
Mentored 1:1 with Chris Johnson and Nate Carlson on return-to-running strategies and stress fracture rehab.
Trained at Spaulding National Running Center in advanced running analysis.
Volunteered in the medical tent at the 2022 Ironman Sports Medicine Conference in Kona, HI, treating elite triathletes and working alongside physicians from the NFL and MLS.
