Specializing in post-operative joint replacements, geriatrics, and patients with Parkinson’s Disease, Amanda is dedicated to helping others achieve their highest level of physical function and wellness. She believes in the transformative power of rehabilitation and personalized care, and providing treatment plans tailored wo each patient’s unique story and set of challenges.

After receiving a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology at the University of Washington, Amanda earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy at the University of Rhode Island. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association.

Amanda’s passion for orthopedics was sparked while playing rugby at the University of Washington, where she became interested in helping athletes recover from injuries and return to the sports they love. Additionally, her interest in geriatrics and working with people with Parkinson’s Disease stems from her time leading the Parkinson’s Exercise Group while attending the University of Rhode Island. She is certified in PWR!Moves, a Parkinson’s Wellness Recovery program.

Outside of the clinic, Amanda enjoys cycling, running, and outdoor adventures. Her travels have helped broaden her perspective on how to help each patient as an individual.
