Dear Dr. David J. Caldarella:
I wanted to personally thank you for the tremendous service you have provided to me the past two months. As you know, the foot issues I have been dealing with, the Stump Neuroma, has taken a toll on me, both physically and mentally. The past 3 to 4 years I have slowly been losing the ability to do the things that I loved to do or even needed to do, and per my conversations with other specialists, my options were limited. I was referred to you by another physician within the Blackstone Orthopedics & Sports Medicine group and for that, I am thankful. You took the time to really understand my background, the anatomy of my foot, which has been altered several times over the years, and then determined a best course of action that while daunting, I am happy to report has already been a huge success.
I also wanted to thank your staff, most notably Stacy, as she was instrumental in my scheduling and rehab after surgery. She took the time to ensure that I was 100% comfortable and understood my limitations and responsibilities to arrive at a safe and sound recovery.
Again, thank you for your service, your precision and assistance in helping me to overcome what has been a huge physical roadblock in my pursuit of a healthy and happy life.
