Alexander specializes in total hip and total knee replacement, with a background as a surgical first assist, including suturing and dressing wounds, and experience with performing intra-articular and soft tissue injections and wound cleaning.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Cell and Molecular Biology and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health at the University of South Florida, and a Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Nova Southeastern University.
When he’s not caring for patients, Alexander is a sports fan who roots for the Celtics and Patriots, and enjoys soccer, hiking and camping, cooking, and travel.
